Drum roll please.....

I know, I know, I am a bad blogger! But, a lot has been going on and we are excited to fill you in! Last week we went for our specialist appt and all three babies are measuring right on schedule. Everyone looks good and as I suspected it's about to get very interesting......

Last Sunday my belly decided to rear its ugly head. The good news is, I lost 30lbs in the beginning so when we heard I gained 3 lbs. everyone was thrilled. Our local doctor laughed and said, your the only pregnant patient I have that cheers when they gain ;)  I'm still wearing my regular clothes but think next week sometime I will look for a nice pair of prego jeans and a few tops and dresses for a few weddings we have coming up. I really don't want to spend a whole lot on maternity clothes but rather clothes I can wear that are over-sized and I can wear later.

We registered a few places last weekend and I am starting to actually feel pregnant. I guess I should, seeing that I am over 4 months! I guess with IVF you are still scared, thinking it just cannot be real. But now that we know the sexes, it has become very real.....My sweet friend Kristin was a gem and went with me to show me what I really needed and what was a waste. Thanks KJ! Our double stroller arrived and boy it looks crazy. Even crazier- to see three spots for babies in the strollers all together. A triplet family that we have been soliciting advice from told us to get a double and a single and not to get a tripple. They told us it was a waste and too hard to manuever. We went with the Bob and are very pleased. Next stop, baby beds and the dreaded major construction of our house.

My friend Julia had her 1st shower this past weekend. I was very sad to miss it due to a conflict in schedule but glad to have received all of the cute pics from the sweet shower. There is a sister hood in this battle, one that I will never forget. I have made some lifelong friends on the battle field.

Now, without further delay.....it's two boys and a girl. Boy, will she give them a run for their money :)

Sweetest Valentine's Ever

Today is Valentine's Day and Whit's birthday! It was a great day! Tonight we went to the BU game and it was awesome! Then we came home to watch our recorded bit they aired on kwtx about our fertility struggle..... What a great ending to an already perfect day. The story was from our hearts and we hope someone, even if it's just one person....sees that it is possible!!!

We hope to find out the sexes of the trips very very soon... We will keep you posted!!!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone,
Beck
